You can have your order shipped to most countries worldwide. When you go to checkout, you will see a drop-down list of countries. If yours isn’t on the list, it means that currently, they don’t offer to ship to your area. However, it is always worth sending them an email to confirm the situation as they are always looking to expand their shipping capabilities.
Most orders are sent via USPS delivery, for international orders you can choose between Express and Priority services. These can range between $10 and $70, depending on your location. However, if you are located in the US, you will receive free shipping.
All parcels are packaged in standard packing materials with the company name stated as Six5. Privacy is a priority to PuffItUp, so they work hard to ensure that all parcels are as discreet as possible.
Orders are shipped six days a week, and domestic orders are usually received within 2 – 3 working days.
Return Options and Warranty
PuffItUp’s return policy stands out from those usually offered by vape stores. If you want to return an unused and unopened item, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund. Also, if you aren’t 100% happy with it, you can return it within 15 days, as long as all parts are present and intact, they will repurchase it, no questions asked.
Because they stock items from a range of brands, many of their products come with warranties supplied by the manufacturers. This is always worth checking before you make a purchase. Well first I spent like $200 again $200. Then once my device come in the mail it’s partially broken so the I ask about a refund because there was a month warranty with the atomizer for the carta. So then I spend another 30 for a atomizer and ordered fast shipping so it would come on time and it didn’t.
